A prescription from a doctor is required for physical therapy and we will be happy to assist with arranging for services. No prescription is necessary to join the Wellness Programs.
If it is harder to participate in everyday activities than it should be because of:
• Pain in muscles / joints

• Difficulty walking
• Loss of endurance
• Reduced strength / motion
• Problems following a recent surgery
Forté Rehabilitation and Wellness Center therapists will develop a treatment strategy including time frames and goals to help improve how individuals function both at work and at home.
