Forté Rehabilitation
and Wellness Center is conveniently located in the San Antonio,
TX medical center area, overlooking the beautiful Oak Hills golf course.
Forté provides general
orthopedic,
neurologic and oncology physical therapy services that help restore function,
improve mobility, relieve pain and reduce suffering from injury or disease.
In addition, our Wellness Programs are intended to enhance clients’
overall enjoyment of life.
A prescription from a doctor is required for physical therapy and we will
be happy to assist with arranging for services. No prescription is necessary
to join the Wellness Programs.
If it is harder to participate in everyday
activities than it should be because of:
• Pain in muscles / joints
• Difficulty walking
• Loss of endurance
• Reduced strength / motion
•
Problems following a recent surgery
Forté Rehabilitation and Wellness Center
therapists will develop a treatment strategy including time frames and goals
to help improve how individuals function both at work and at home.
